Hi, I am new to this message board. I need to know how to increase my vertical leaping ability. I know a fair amount on the vertical leap already, but I am really trying to find something that would give me gains like no other. Could any of you guys please help me out? I also need inches on my arms and chest. I want to have abolut 16″ arms, I currently have 12″ arms. I am only 13 years of age, but please do not let that fool you. I am smarter than everyone thinks I am. The only supplements I feel I should take are creatine(twinlab fizz fuel), and some whey(maybe nitro tech). I am aiming to gain about 5lbs. of muscle mass in 5 weeks, without supplementation, is this even possible. I am 13 years old, 5′2″, and I weigh 111lbs., I do not know my body fat percentage, but I’m guessing i’m at about 6 or 7%. I want to increase my vertical leaping ability, so I can dunk. At 5′2″, it sounds impossible, but with the right training, I will accomplish it. Thank you all for reading this message, and any help that you will provide.
